Job Purpose:

To review and report on Electricity Regulatory Authority’s performance and effectively implement the corporate monitoring systems and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop the Institutional planning, monitoring and evaluation Framework
  2. Coordinate the development and compilation of the departmental work plans and align them with the Business plan
  3. Follow up, track and report on the implementation of departmental work plans on a monthly basis
  4. Prepare quarterly institutional monitoring and evaluation reports
  5. Evaluate and report on the institutional compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures
  6. Prepare high quality annual reports
  7. Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of key information and institutional reports to stakeholders
  8. Coordinate the preparation of the annual and three year business plans
  9. Attend various meetings on behalf of the unit initiated by the ESI stakeholders and prepare briefs
  10. Support the Manager, Corporate Planning in the coordination of Regional activities
  11. Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications, Experience and Age Limit

  1. A Honors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Statistics
  2. Must have Post Graduate qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation
  3. Should have three (3) years relevant work experience
  4. Should be 25 years and not more than 35 years of age
