A public Hearings are conducted by ERA depending on the magnitude of written concerns fielded through to Era during any consultation process and prior to the implementation or execution of the event / activity / program.

Public Hearings can be held in respect of:

Companies Application for a tariff adjustment.
Licence Application.
Any consultation process by ERA that generates key concerns from the public.
