Above one pole:-

• The costs here will vary depending on distance. However the minimum one can pay in this category is one million shillings.

Facts about disconnection

• Disconnection is not permitted when a consumer has lodged a complaint directly related to the reason for disconnection to ERA.
• Disconnection is not permitted after 3p.m on a weekday, or on a Friday, on a weekend, on a public holiday, or on the day before a public holiday, except in the case of planned interruption. Section 15 of the Grid Code
• The consumer may not pay the disputed portion of the bill until matter is resolved. (Grid Code section 15).
