The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is - Eng. Dr. Frank B. Sebbowa who works with Heads of Departments as well as other technical officers namely;

• The Personal Assistant to the CEO - Mrs. Catherine Nabongo.
• The Public Relations Officer - Mr. John Julius Wandera.
• The Procurement Officer - Mrs. Doreen Akatuhwera.

The tasks for the Office of the Chief Executive include but are not limited to;

• Overall coordination and day-to-day management of the Secretariat.
• Working with Heads of Departments to generate coordinated management recommendations for the Authority.
• Liaise with external stakeholders' i.e. the Legislature, the Ministry, consumers, and the media.
• Coordinate the implementation of Authority decisions.
• Coordinate the working relationships of sister organizations both national and international.
• Coordinate the procurement and Disposal of assets for the Secretariat.
• Strategic Planning for the organization.
